This morning (7 July 2020) I had a dream. I saw a number of women in their 50s with blonde bobs receiving multicoloured ponchos. They were very excited to accept these very ‘showy’ and somewhat ‘loud’ coats. This is an exciting and encouraging word for the Body of Christ going forward despite the uncertainty we are currently experiencing.
No fear in surrender
I believe the women in this dream collectively represent the Bride of Christ coming into maturity and demonstrating she has nothing to fear when she stays surrendered to her husband, Jesus.
For in this way in former times the holy women also, who hoped in God, used to adorn themselves, being submissive to their own husbands; just as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, and you have become her children if you do what is right without being frightened by any fear.
1 Peter 3:5-6, NASB
So many have felt their voice has been muted and muzzled in this season. Persecution of prophetic voices and heralds of righteousness and holiness is rife. In developing nations, Christianity is being terrorised by oppressive governments and regimes and a lack of religious tolerance. In the West, the tyranny is more subtle but is becoming bolder as culture wars wage over social justice and morality.
There is no fear in surrender. Why? Because a surrendered Bride knows she has the protection of her husband. He is none other than the Lion of the Tribe of Judah–King Jesus!
For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God?
It is God who arms me with strength,
And makes my way perfect.
He makes my feet like the feet of deer,
And sets me on my high places.
He teaches my hands to make war,
So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
Psalm 18:31-34, NKJV
Live your life unafraid…
Build on a foundation of wisdom
He is pouring out wisdom upon those who will receive it right now.
Wisdom has built her house; she has hewn out and set up her seven [perfect number of] pillars.
Proverbs 9:1, AMPC
Wisdom’s perfection is available for any who desire the right words to speak and the actions to follow. Now is the time to build up with our words and not tear down.
The wise woman builds her house,
But the foolish tears it down with her own hands.
Proverbs 14:1, NASB
As we receive His wisdom for what to say and how to act, His glory will continue to manifest upon us and through us. This is the significance of the ‘blonde bob’ for the women in my dream. We are here to make His Name and His fame shine brightly.
But these only reveal the sterling core of your faith, which is far more valuable than gold that perishes, for even gold is refined by fire. Your authentic faith will result in even more praise, glory, and honor when Jesus the Anointed One is revealed.
1 Peter 1:7, TPT
Growth in the dark
The multicoloured ponchos symbolise the spiritual growth which has been occurring in the Bride right across the globe. It may have felt like a season of great darkness, despair and doubt but there has been incredible increase in spite of the circumstances. Remember, seeds germinate in the dark and it takes some time to see the increase and growth burst through the soil substrate. This development has allowed us to carry the greater glory we are called to manifest. This glory will literally PIERCE the darkness.
Like the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud on the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness all around. Such was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard the voice of one speaking.
Ezekiel 1:28, ESV
Jubilee is upon us!
The women in their 50s are the final golden nugget of this dream. The Lord is decreeing Jubilee upon us. We have reached the pinnacle of a fullness of time. Many of us are pregnant with expectation. We should be delighted to receive these new coats no matter the blood, sweat and tears we have waded through to collect them.
You shall thus consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim a release through the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, and each of you shall return to his own property, and each of you shall return to his family.
Leviticus 25:10, NASB
I prophesy a restoration of ALL things in the Name of Jesus. Recover all! Prodigals are returning. Property is being restored. Honour is replacing dishonour. Freedom reigns. Hallelujah!
Receive your new coat of favour, blessings, abundance, wisdom, boldness, clarity and glory!
