PROPHETIC INSIGHTS FROM THE BOOK OF EZEKIEL FOR THIS SEASON ~ DAY 25
A few years ago, I did a detailed study in the book of Ezekiel. I’m going to be posting the prophetic insights from each chapter over the next little bit. If you want the full teaching, it’s available on my YouTube channel (link below):

I FELL ON MY FACE – THEY SHALL KNOW – EZEKIEL CHAPTER 25
God has revealed himself through Jesus, his Word and creation. Will we know him this way?
INSIGHTS:
1. He will contend with those who contend with you.
Just as Israel were (and still are) God’s covenanted people, those of us in Christ have been grafted in as his covenanted people too.
“But thus says the Lord: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible be delivered; for I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children.”
Isaiah 49:25 NKJV
If you are experiencing intense attack and accusation, the Lord’s promise to you is that he will contend with those who contend with you. Do not give way to vengeance.
“Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.”
Romans 12:19 NKJV
Keeping our hearts sweet in this season is key. We must be intentional and consistent in removing offense from our hearts. We must bless, love and forgive those who persecute us. We need to be praying for and releasing our enemies because God is the one who contends on our behalf. Let’s not be contentious. We only see a small part of the picture. He sees it all.
Many of us are experiencing deep feelings of betrayal from family members and people that we’ve let into our hearts. The Lord is asking us to forgive, release and bless them. We pull the offense out of our hearts and allow him to vindicate us. He’ll do it RIGHTEOUSLY. Remember, he loves EVERYONE including those who have wronged us terribly. His plans are always good no matter what.
2. Sheep and goat nations being revealed.
“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’ “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’ “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
Matthew 25:31-46 NKJV
This passage in Matthew is often misinterpreted as being about individuals who are either sheep or goats. It is not speaking of individuals but of NATIONS. Right now, in this season, unfolding over the next two and a bit years sheep and goat nations are being revealed (originally prophesied December 8, 2021). (NB: we are now here!) Whatever nation we are in right now, we need to be contending for it in prayer and intercession. We need to be on our knees repenting for our nations according to 2 Chronicles 7:14.
I’ve been crying out for the nation of Australia because we are so overdue for a move of God. Alot of crazy stuff has gone down in our nation. Australia has made international news (especially during the pandemic) for all the wrong reasons.
3. The remnant shall be saved!
If we find ourselves in a goat nation, the promise is the remnant SHALL be saved! Many of these nations are persecuting Christians. If you are part of the remnant in a goat nation, you shall be saved. How you might ask? Only the Lord knows. No matter what is happening he is WITH us in the fire and flood. Lift your eyes up and be encouraged. Those of us in the West need to be uniting with our brothers and sisters from the eastern nations. We need to quit complaining about our circumstances and get on our knees in the prayer closet.
The Lord WILL be known in the nations. Do we now choose to know him in the way he has revealed himself to us?
