PROPHETIC INSIGHTS FROM THE BOOK OF EZEKIEL FOR THIS SEASON ~ DAY 28
A few years ago, I did a detailed study in the book of Ezekiel. I’m going to be posting the prophetic insights from each chapter over the next little bit. If you want the full teaching, it’s available on my YouTube channel (link in bio):

I FELL ON MY FACE – I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD – EZEKIEL CHAPTER 28
Selfish ambition always destroys. Are we willing to get low and allow him to exalt us in due season?
INSIGHTS:
1. We attain nothing by grasping and ambition. God promotes…
It doesn’t matter how much we struggle to be promoted or seen, God is the one who promotes. The church has been undergoing such cleansing of hearts that are prepared to get low in this season. It’s time to get low.
“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time…”
1 Peter 5:6 NKJV
When God promotes, it is far more effective than anything we could ever do in our own strength. All the stress, all the striving, all the grasping for the wind is vanity. It’s pride. This is what was being judged in the city of Tyre in Ezekiel 28. Ultimately, God is dealing with pride in the church right now because judgement begins in the house of God. We need to be made ready and restored to plumbline for the move of God set to sweep through our nations.
2. God is not finished with Israel.
We know much is stirring in Israel. In early 2022 (when I first prophesied this), the name of God (the name the Jews won’t even speak because it is so hallowed) has begun appearing in Hebrew letters on the eastern wall opposite the Mt of Olives. Get excited about that. God is NOT finished with Israel yet. Any theology that says Israel has been replaced by the church is not biblical. We are grafted IN. We do not replace the Vine. The church gets to SHARE in all the beautiful promises for Israel.
Israel is the place where Jesus final pla s will be enacted. He is returning to the Mt of Olives. He’s coming back the same way we saw him go. It’s in Israel! We can’t separate ourselves from what’s happening in Israel.
“And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”
Acts 1:10-11 NKJV
3. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem
In Ezekiel 28, the Lord is described as THEIR God. In Christ, he is OUR God too. We must, therefore, pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Pray for the peace of Israel. The peace of Israel is ultimately our redemption too in Christ.
How much more important in light of current world events? Are we willing to get low?
