Governance and safeguarding within Naomi Byers Ministries exist to protect people, honour Christ, and support faithful, long-term ministry. These commitments flow from our theological conviction that spiritual authority is exercised through faithfulness, humility, and accountability rather than position or prominence.
The biblical pattern of the Sons of Zadok in Ezekiel 44 informs our approach to leadership and governance. Faithfulness, restraint, and reverence for God’s order shape not only how we minister, but how we structure accountability, safeguarding, and decision-making.
Safeguarding & Safe Ministry Commitment

We uphold the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and align with recognised standards for safe ministry practice, including those articulated by FGA Safe Ministry. We take seriously our responsibility to prevent harm, respond appropriately to concerns, and support healing for those affected by abuse.
Our approach is grounded in theological humility and communal accountability. We recognise that faithful ministry is exercised not in isolation, but under Scripture, mutual submission, and accountability structures that protect people and nurture healthy discipleship.
