Encounter • Formation • Commissioning
Our mission flows from our commitment to Scripture, the Church, and faithfulness to the Lord’s presence.
Naomi Byers Ministries exists to form a prophetic people who minister to the Lord with holiness, discernment, and Christlike character, and who are sent to serve the Church with integrity, courage, and faithfulness.
This mission is shaped by the biblical pattern of the Sons of Zadok in Ezekiel 44 — priests who kept charge of the sanctuary by faithfulness to God’s presence when others turned aside. Our mission is not centred on personality, platforms, or performance. It is focused on the Lord’s presence, the slow work of spiritual formation, and the responsible release of people into service within the Body of Christ.
Why This Mission Matters
In many contemporary Christian contexts, prophetic gifting has been emphasised without sufficient attention to formation, discernment, and accountability.
We believe the Church is best served when prophetic ministry is shaped by Scripture, tested in community, and grounded in Christlike character.
This mission exists to recover a formation-first approach — one that honours the work of the Holy Spirit while remaining submitted to the authority of Scripture and the wisdom of the wider Church and the early apostolic witness.
Our Mission at a Glance
To form a prophetic people who know how to stand before the Lord in holiness, walk with others in love, and serve the Church with integrity.
How This Mission Is Lived Out
This mission is expressed through the integrated pathways of the Mt Moriah ecosystem, including Mt Moriah School of the Seers, the Nesher prophetic community, Healing Rooms, and the teaching and formation ministries of Naomi Byers Ministries.
Each expression exists to serve the mission of Encounter, Formation, and Commissioning. No program exists independently of this purpose.
Together, these expressions form an integrated pathway of spiritual maturity, discernment, and service within the Body of Christ.
We believe prophetic ministry flourishes best when rooted in Scripture, shaped by community, exercised with humility, and directed toward faithful service of the Body of Christ.
