A Word for those in Transition

RELEASED 12 MONTHS AGO BUT SHARING THIS ENCOURAGEMENT AGAIN πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
A WORD FOR THOSE IN TRANSITION:
Are you in transition?
If so, here’s some encouragement for you today:
1. DO NOT CAST AWAY YOUR CONFIDENCE
In seasons of transition, everything (or at least it feels like everything) is in flux. This can cause us to doubt what we’ve heard. The enemy comes in fast with those accusations, “Did God really say?…” If we are pioneering, this accusing voice is especially loud.
The exhortation from heaven is to not cast aside our confidence in what he has spoken and what he has promised. The scripture promises this confidence has GREAT reward so don’t cast it aside.
2. YOU HAVE NEED OF ENDURANCE
It’s a marathon, not a sprint. We give him our, “Yes,” and then we enter into the trial and testing by fire. There is no way to bypass this process and get to our destination. We need ENDURANCE or we will waver in our strength.
Praise the Lord, he gives strength to the weary.
“He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:29‭-‬31 NKJV
3. LIVE BY FAITH
In the seasons of transition, it is more important than ever to live by faith. Faith over the fear! We cannot shrink back because it is only faith that pleases God (Heb 11:6). When our feelings are all in flux (and trust me in transition our feelings will often be a storm), we must choose the path of faith. This is the road less traveled–the highway of holiness.
“A highway shall be there, and a road, and it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool, shall not go astray.”
Isaiah 35:8 NKJV
If we commit to this path, the promise is we shall NOT go astray. This includes the grace for our inevitably unwise decisions along the way. There is always provision for it on the highway of holiness. He’s a good Father!
So friend, if you are in transition, take heart. I’m there too. This word is as much for me as others in this strange, in-between space.
If you would like me to pray for you, let me know in the comments πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
I bless your transition in the name of Jesus πŸ™πŸΌ
“Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise: β€œFor yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith; but if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.”
Hebrews 10:35‭-‬38 NKJV
