PROPHETIC INSIGHTS FROM THE BOOK OF EZEKIEL FOR THIS SEASON ~ DAY 45
A few years ago, I did a detailed study in the book of Ezekiel. These are the prophetic insights from these chapters. If you want the full teaching, it’s available on my YouTube channel (link below):

I FELL ON MY FACE – THE MOST HOLY PLACE – EZEKIEL CHAPTER 45
There is a renewed call to the secret place with him. Will we sanctify and set apart this Most Holy Place?
INSIGHTS:
1. Give him the FIRST.
God is asking to be first. In Ezekiel Chapter 45, there are a number of offerings described that represent, giving him the first or the best of everything. We are giving him that which is without blemish. Why? Because he is first in our hearts.
Giving is a heart issue. The Bible says the Lord loves a cheerful giver. It’s not just about giving money or resources. We can give of our time, our words and most importantly, ourselves. In our affluent Western society, it is easy to just throw money at something but not give God our heart. He’s looking to be first in ALL things. That is the most important principle.
2. God cares about our ‘stuff’.
Remember God cares about our stuff. When we look at Boaz in the book of Ruth, he was the kinsman redeemer. He allowed Ruth to redeem what she lost when her husband died. Boaz here is a type of Christ. He is our Kinsman Redeemer. The Bible talks about us being adopted into the family of God, therefore, Jesus is our kin. He is also our lover. He is our Redeemer. He cares about our ‘stuff’. If we’ve been stolen from, God cares about it.
There is a season of Jubilee where this is restored to us. Don’t fret. Do not worry about what the enemy has stolen from you. Trust God and stay in the place of peace. Decree his recompense and that he will redeem what has been stolen. Remember, the book of Proverbs says when the thief is caught, he has to pay sevenfold even up to the substance of his whole house. When God recompenses, he does it in a much better way than we could achieve for ourselves. I prophesy to you today to look for the unexpected blessing. Look up, keep your eyes on him and surely you will see it.
3. Just scales and measures.
Chapter 45 of Ezekiel speaks of just scales and measures. *(Originally prophesied 27 July 2022). This has been a season of recompense. It is the distributive justice of God. It is not retributive justice, which is more about vengeance. Like the year of Jubilee, this is the season where your ‘stuff’ is returned to you. God is fair and he is just. He is a good father. Do we trust him?
Just scales and measures matter. These things are being weighed in the Earth right now, most especially in leadership. This is across-the-board both within and without the church. This is occurring within business structures, government and enterprise. God is calling for people to repent and to be honest and integrous. We need to do the right thing because if we don’t, there is a distributive justice of God taking place in the Earth. There is an allotted time for people to repent. Greed and usury are an abomination to the Lord. We discussed these in earlier chapters concerning the princes in Israel who were exploiting the people of God. If you are needing recompense, I invite you to celebrate because the Lord is the one who will see it done. Continue to dream big with God.
4. Will we be set apart in the Most Holy Place?
As we are now the dwelling place of God, the Most Holy Place is now in our heart. This is where we give him the very first of everything. If there is anything we need to consult before we are obedient to God, that is an idol. It needs to be torn down.
In the book of Ezekiel we have been dealing with idolatry. It is one of the biggest sins that got Israel into so much trouble in the first place. It is easy to fall into this sin. We must not be complacent. If we put something else on the throne of our heart in the place of God, that is idolatry.
The secret place is our very own Tent of Meeting with God. When we enter this place, we need to ask the Holy Spirit to show us if there is anything on the altar of our heart that shouldn’t be there. If there is something out of place, all we need do is receive his forgiveness. We need to also repent and renounce the idol of the heart. He will then come in and his glory will fill that space.
Hallelujah!
Will we be set apart?
